Order Processing Time:

Arrangements are made after an order is placed. Production time before shipping is usually 2-3 weeks. This typical processing time can be shorter or longer depending on availability of supplies and current volume of orders.  We will contact you if we are not able to ship within 2-3 weeks of your order being placed.

Shipping Time:

We ship from Fishers, Indiana to US destinations via standard ground service.  Time in transit for your shipment is typically 3-5 business days.  

We do not currently ship to customers outside of the US.  However, if you are located outside of the US and would like to purchase from us, please contact us (duane@flowersbyradiant.com) to tell us about your situation.  

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs are calculated about checkout and are based on the quantity and size of the item(s) you purchase.

Local Delivery:

We love to serve our local Indianapolis community.  We charge a flat $25 for local delivery to cover our gas and time.  Local delivery is available for destinations within 15 miles from our location in Fishers, IN.  If local delivery is available for you, it will be an option you can choose at checkout.  Once your order is processed and your purchase is ready for delivery, we will contact you to make delivery arrangements.
